Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 7–15 business days

Canada: 8–18 business days

United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

Australia: 8–18 business days

Europe: 8–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Dropshipping stores commonly publish estimated delivery windows and explain that delays outside their control can occur.  

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Silcanova may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

While we strive to ensure every package arrives safely, Silcanova is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other events outside our control

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your case and provide a replacement or appropriate solution whenever possible.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping policies typically disclose these possible fees for international orders.
